Welcome to the Center for Treatment and Recovery, a Medication Assisted Treatment Center and Methadone Clinic located in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

For over 10 years, the Center for Treatment and Recovery has been successfully treating patients with addiction to prescription pain-killers, and heroin.

Founded in 2003, owners, Wendy M. Looker R.N., B.S. and Madeline Rosario-Almonte have 40 years of combined experience and expertise in the field of addiction and recovery. Both women are highly committed to providing the safest, most effective, and professional care for their patients struggling to overcome the disease of addiction to opiates.
