CTR is working with State Regulatory agencies to address patient and staff safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.  While we are all concerned about the potential risk of the spread of this infection, this is not a time to panic but rather, be proactive.  We are going to do everything possible and allowed by regulation to ensure your safety and we need your assistance and patience in this endeavor.  Some things you can do every day to decrease your chance of exposure:

  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer.

  • Avoid close contact with people.  Limit your visits to supermarkets, stores, or anywhere there are numerous people.

  • Avoid touching your face, nose, eyes or mouth.

  • Frequently clean touched surfaces such as counters, sinks, toilets.

In an effort to keep CTR as “germ free” as possible CTR has implemented the following:

  • We will limit the number of individuals allowed into the clinic at any one time.

  • You will need to sanitize your hands upon entering the clinic and again at the nurses station

  • We are trying to ensure you maintain some distance from other patients as much as possible.

  • We have increased our cleaning/disinfecting schedule as well as on good days we are keeping windows open for ventilation

  • Please refrain from bringing your children into the clinic if possible.

  • We have purchased large air filters with silver/carbon/HEPA filters to help filter 99.7% of airborne particles.

  • Please bring your own pen to sign for your medication.

  • If you have a temperature, cough or other symptoms, please do not come to the clinic without calling the nursing staff for instruction.  We will ensure you are medicated in a way which is safe to our patients and staff. Also, if you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or are on quarantine.

  • While we have always been a super friendly clinic, please refrain from any touching of each other, surfaces and prolonged talking to each other, and the staff, especially the nurses.

  • If you have take-homes you will be responsible to blacken your names from the take-home container and dispose of them in nursing basket yourself.
